- The estimated completion time may be extended if there are delays in communication or there are many revisions.
Refunds:
- If I cannot fulfill your order for any reason: 100% refund will be issued.

Privacy:
- I reserve the right to post/stream in-progress and finished commissions. You may request to remain anonymous.
Aspects of artwork:
- I reserve the right to refuse your commission for any reason.
- Minor changes are allowed at all points. If an element of the commission is important to you, mention that it is - e.g. part of character design.
- Upon finishing the commission and sending the files to you I may remove the files from my computer. It is your responsibility to make sure you don’t lose them.
Permitted use of the artwork:
- Commercial use is not permitted. The artwork may not be used in any product or service that generates profit. Streaming is personal use, as long as there is no profit made from it.
- The artwork may not be traced, used for AI training or generation or used for NFT production.
- You may use the artwork for personal purposes with proper credit (link to my Carrd, Discord and/or Bluesky).
